Refunds are not provided for medicines under any circumstances unless:

Refunds are subject to approval after verification by our team. In most cases, we prefer to resend the correct or non-damaged product.
2. Healthcare Services (e.g., Consultations)
Full refunds will be granted only if the consultation is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. No refunds are issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
